Custom orders
We welcome hospitality collaborations and offer some custom design services. Please email us to discuss your project. Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or changed once accepted without written approval. If adjustments are approved, additional costs may apply. Deposits are non-refundable.
Shipping
The majority of orders ship via UPS Ground and require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. Each piece is carefully packed using recyclable materials. For made-to-order items, please allow the stated lead time for production and delivery; pieces available for immediate shipment will be noted in the product description.
We consider international shipping on a case-by-case basis. For international orders, clients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.
Return policy
All sales are final, including custom and sample pieces. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the rare event of damage in transit or a defect, please retain all original packaging and document the issue (at every stage of unpacking) upon delivery.
Claims/Warranty
Claims must be submitted with photos within 24 hours of receipt. We will review each case to determine eligibility for repair or replacement. If neither is possible, a refund will be issued.

Care instructions
Lamp Care
Handle your lamp with clean hands or gloves to prevent oils or dirt from transferring to the surface. Should marks appear, wipe gently with a soft cloth and warm water, letting the piece air dry. For more persistent spots, a mild, bleach-free, non-abrasive cleaner may be used. To remove dust, a compressed air duster is recommended. On lamps with a textured finish, avoid fibrous cloths, which can catch on the ceramic surface.
Shade Care
Shades may be spot-cleaned by gently buffing marks with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Avoid gripping too firmly, as pressure can damage the liner.
Note
We cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs during cleaning.
UL Listing
Our lamps do not come UL listed, but can be UL listed upon request. Please email us to inquire.
